Our Story

My family and I came to the US from Mexico in 2018. I saw my parents' sacrifices and knew I wanted to give back to them and build a future for our whole family. I spent years working my way up in restaurants while finishing my business degree, determined to one day have a place of my own. Now, I get to turn this restaurant into everything I ever wished for a place to serve incredible food to families and to fulfill the promise I made to take care of my own.

Our customers go crazy for the Fish Fillet and our Enchiladas Suizas! The enchiladas recipe is a special one, passed down from my mother in Mexico. It's so loved that I knew I had to share it. My personal favorite is the Rita's Burger – the pepper jack, bacon, sausage, all those fresh toppings, and our secret sauce... it's the ultimate flavor bomb!
